📋Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ak449 online gaming platform, including all associated services, features, tools, and content made available through the website located at ak449.org. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and ak449 ("the Company", "we", "our", or "us"). Your continued use of the ak449 platform after the posting of any modifications to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ak449 applies a strict 21+ age policy across all gaming products, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fish shooting games.
• You must be a resident of, or currently located in, Bangladesh. ak449 is designed and operated primarily for players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of ak449 or any affiliated company.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are uncertain about your legal capacity, please seek independent legal advice before registering.

👤Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming features on ak449, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ak449 applies a one account per person policy; the creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• You must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password during registration. Your login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• ak449 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) documents at any stage. Documents may include a National ID card, passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify ak449 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• All information provided during registration and subsequently updated must remain accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
• ak449 does not permit the use of anonymous prepaid cards, third-party payment accounts, or payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name for deposits or withdrawals.

💳Deposits and Withdrawals

ak449 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions.

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit via mobile money is ৳200; minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests for accounts in good standing are processed on the same business day when submitted during standard banking hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the ak449 account holder. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited and may result in transaction reversal and account review.
• ak449 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals on our end. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own fees, which are outside of ak449's control.
• ak449 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Funds deposited into your ak449 account are held separately from Company operating funds. Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on available games and sports markets on the platform. ak449 does not pay interest on account balances.

🎁Bonuses and Promotions

ak449 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, the T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the main wallet and withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Players must opt in to each promotion individually. ak449 does not automatically apply bonuses without player consent.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash. No-deposit bonuses and free spins are subject to maximum win caps as stated in the applicable offer terms.
• ak449 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-campaign, players who have already opted in will be notified via their registered email address.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — will be considered a material breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account termination.

🎮Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the ak449 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-dealer streaming provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are independently audited.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet. Game rules are accessible within each individual game interface. ak449 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to understand game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during an active game session, ak449 will attempt to resolve the issue by referencing server-side game logs. Where a game outcome cannot be determined due to a technical fault on ak449's side, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.
• Sports betting markets are governed by ak449's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately. In-play betting is available on selected cricket, football, and kabaddi markets. Live odds are subject to change without notice. Bets already confirmed and accepted are not subject to odds revision after acceptance.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all game categories. ak449 reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits at any time, particularly where irregular wagering patterns are detected. Players will be notified of any personally applied limits via their registered account.

🚫Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ak449 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Creating or operating more than one player account, whether under the same name, a different name, or through any other means of obfuscation including the use of VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise tamper with the ak449 platform, its game software, or any associated systems. This includes attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, using automated betting software (bots), or employing any strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players in multiplayer game environments.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your ak449 account on your behalf, or accessing any other player's account without their explicit authorisation. This includes sharing login credentials with family members or friends.

⛔Account Suspension and Termination

ak449 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the circumstances described below. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than player-initiated closure, the Company will communicate the reason to the player via their registered email address where legally permissible to do so.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct clauses, age verification requirements, payment method restrictions, or bonus abuse provisions.
• Where ak449 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player's account has been used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct, the Company may freeze the account and report the matter to relevant authorities.
• Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ak449 customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.
• Where an account is terminated due to confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, ak449 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance and void any pending bets or bonus amounts associated with the account.

All content available on the ak449 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of ak449 or its licensed content providers. Nothing contained in these Terms or on the platform shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any intellectual property owned by ak449 or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the ak449 platform for any commercial or public purpose without the express written consent of ak449. Unauthorised use of ak449 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ak449 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if ak449 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ak449 does not guarantee the uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may affect platform availability. ak449 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable. The Company accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of planned or unplanned downtime.

📝Changes to These Terms

ak449 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately upon publication of the revised Terms on the ak449 website, unless a later effective date is specified. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the ak449 platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact support to close your account and arrange return of any withdrawable balance.
